Employee Benefits

All type 1 SC Staffing temporary employees are eligible for holiday pay under the following conditions:

* Complete 1,040 hours of work on SC Type 1 assignment during twelve (12) months preceding the holiday, and

* Work the day before and the day following the holiday.

SC Staffing recognizes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. It is the responsability of the employee to maintain his/her own records and to notify our branch office when they believe that they qualify for holiday pay. The employee must notify the branch office to ascertain that they quality for holiday pay.
