Efective May 15, 2001, Staffing has established a Longevity Bonus. After completing 1,800 consecutive hours (or more) of work on longevity bonus-eligible projects in a twelve (12) month period, beginning on the employee's date of hire or the anniversary of their date of hire, the employee will be eligible to receive a longevity bonus. The longevity bonus will equal three hundred percent (300%) of one full day's wages.
